Hy steemfam,

It was a beautiful day yesterday and the weather crowned it all by being chill, again mondays do not sit well with me but I have no power to arrange it the way I'll love it to be.

Calculating how to leave the bed yesterday seemed tough than mathematics for me as i didn't know what to add, subtract and divide but I refused being that lazy girl as I jumped out of bed to fix some things around me before finding my way to the office and gladly I handled it all perfectly well.

As it always has been at the office, I tidied my space and ensured I was ready physically, emotional and otherwise for the new working week also, it didn't cost me a dime to smile 🤩

One of the things I noticed from the view I was enjoying in the office was the drastic growth of weed in the farm. The plant could barely grow well as weeds struggled for nutrients with it making the plants to turn yellowish and malnourished.

It was crystal clear that it was going to rain yesterday so I wasn't surprise when it started drizzling and then came a mighty rain which chased the women out from the farm, before this time I had wanted to go home but my boss had to engage me so I wouldn't leave by that time.

I felt so bad when it started raining because I could hear my bed screaming my name from the office, innocent me thought the rain wasn't going to take time but it actually rained till evening 😭😭 and I couldn't help but lock myself in the office pending when it was going to subside, oh! the apologies I owe my bed for missing it in such great weather. ![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVFCnfXFL9fStPZr2asa7n2u23T1PK8uVbfXMzbEPPhWR/1751969549839.jpg)

Alas! the rain subsided and I was head over heals on my way to the house, didn't have to wait for an order I mean, as it was already pass my dismissal time.

I shivered to the house and indeed home felt like hope alive.
