My run started off well but that lasted only for a bit over a mile when I tripped on a rock outcrop on a hill. A hard fall onto rocks gave me a nice facial laceration and a bunch of cuts and scrapes to my arms and knees. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/a8b2ce3a-db99-410a-b2f3-ab823f9d55ae) ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/9caf4c23-e26b-4889-a21c-2f4df5d7c332) Fortunately I didn't get a concussion or major bony injury and I had no problems hiking back out to my car and clean up my bloody face. Nothing much for the day and I was able to hike around Lynx Lake with Lulu late in the afternoon.
