# Hello Actifiters! Today is time for my weekly actifit roundup. Besides my usual daily post, I'm doing a summary of the total week activities. # Today's Activity: #### In the Morning: I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of: 1. Waking up early 2. Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep 3. Exercising for 10 minutes 4. Having a great breakfast Then I reviewed my **plan** for the day and **went for it!** Started my work shift at 12:00. ### In the afternoon: Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00. Had lunch. In the afternoon I went to the beach with my daughter, sunbathing and bilding castles made of sand! Started my 2nd work shift at 19:00. ### At night: I finished work at 20:00. Had dinner. Went home. Prepared my plan for the next day. Although I haven't yet got back to the Gym, I feel that my walking is starting to get to normal!
