Super Metro Department Store, Lapu-lapu

Super Metro Gaisano - is a Gaisano Group of Companies, which is one of the largest department stores and hypermarkets operator in the Visayas region, as well as the second largest supermarket operators in accordance to retail sales value.

It is a three level department store which is easy to access for commuting customers, in fact, it offers almost all of the needed houseware and shopping essentials, which it is found in almost downtown area of the city at M. L Quezon National Highway, Lapu-lapu City.

In 1949, Doña Modesta Gaisano together with her five sons, established first the White Gold Department Store in Cebu. And after her death in 1981, her son's pursued their families remaining and respective business interests.

And in 1982, spouses Victor and Sally Gaisano together with their children namely; Margaret, Jack, Edward and Frank established the Super Metro Gaisano Department Store and Supermarket.

And then Super Metro retail later expanded to major cities in the Philippines and outside Cebu. Which it also open stores in key cities in Central, Western and Eastern Visayas, as well as in Central Luzon, Metro Manila and South Luzon.

In fact, the company's expansion in Metro Manila in particular was marked by the opening of Market, Market in the early 2000s. Which it was also listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on November 25, 2015.

In the ground floor, you will be passing through the different food stalls, inwhich you can choose and select a variety of food and drinks as according to your taste and favoritism, its either a heavy meal or a snacks.

Then upon going to the second floor of the store, you will be riding on a ramp-type escalator just to reach the second level.

In the second floor, which is the grocery items takes place, inwhich you can find it here anykind of fruits, meat products and different kinds of drinks, liquors and beverages.

And going to the third floor of the store, you will be riding on a stairway-type escalator just to reach the third level.

And in the third floor, the home appliances, housewares, clothings and school supplies section, inwhich you will find the different brand of appliances, houseware products, clothes and offices or schools supplies.

The store also provides a parking space, in fact it is spacious enough to accommodate for any types of vehicle and it is free to parked for its valued customers.

There is a designated drop-off area, to which a private vehicles can drop their respective families.

A wide and spacious hallway passage inwhich customers can passes through, approximately it is 3 meters wide space.
