Saludos, Comunidad Latina fue seleccionada para el Steemit Engagement Challenge el cual esta a punto de comenzar y con esta publicación pretendemos dar un introductorio a todas las personas que van a participar durante las próximas semanas dentro de esta comunidad. Primeramente nos gustaría dar la cordial bienvenida a toda la comunidad STEEM, la última semana ha sido crucial para planificar y desarrollar planes de trabajo que garantizarán que todos puedan verse beneficiados al utilizar nuestra comunidad como una ruta para recibir apoyo de nuestra parte y del equipo de curación de Steemit Inc. Para revisar las publicaciones se ha incrementado el equipo de moderadores de guardia de 2 a 3, sin embargo todo el equipo estará atento para suplir en caso de fallas externas que se puedan presentar y garantizar una revisión rápida y oportuna adaptandonos a la zona horaria de esta región. (cotina power, y concursos externos estarán suspendidos para centrarnos en apoyar a todos los concursantes) --- Finalmente, de forma adicional para todas las entradas con más de 5 puntos y que hayan configurado el 15% para @cotina, el equipo de @symbionts puso a disposición su proyecto de curación @ecosynthesizer el cual posee 398,212 SP con el cual se dará un apoyo extra. Siendo esta condición algo opcional, por supuesto.

Hemos preparado un monitor especial de interacción para comunidad latina en el sitio web https://steemseven.xyz/

Dicho monitor funcionará bajo las mismas carácteristicas del [Make Noise project](https://steemit.com/created/makenoise) pero registrará datos de solo lo sucedido dentro de Comunidad Latina. Para que el sistema pueda registrar tus comentarios deben contener un mínimo de 120 caracteres excluyendo algunos códigos de markdown. Al final de la semana se usarán los datos recogidos por esta herramienta para determinar a los ganadores. La determinación del club se realizará con nuestro bot de Telegram [Cotify](https://steemit.com/hive-188619/@cotina/cotify-update-nuevas-reglas-y-solucion-de-errores), dicha herramienta no posee la inteligencia artificial necesaria para saber si tu pagas concursos o envías SBD a null por lo que si haces estas cosas y eres #club100 asegurate de especificarlo en tu post. En Comunidad Latina se cuenta con una normativa interna la cual dicta que los moderadores no serán elegibles para ganar concursos, y con la finalidad de mantener un entorno transparente y justo para los usuarios esta normativa se respetará. Said monitor will work under the same characteristics of the [Make Noise project](https://steemit.com/created/makenoise) but it will record data of only what happened within the Latin Community. In order for the system to register your comments, they must contain a minimum of 120 characters, excluding some markdown codes. At the end of the week the data collected by this tool will be used to determine the winners. The determination of the club will be made with our Telegram bot [Cotify](https://steemit.com/hive-188619/@cotina/cotify-update-nuevas-regulas-y-solucion-de-errores), said tool does not It has the necessary artificial intelligence to know if you pay contests or send SBD to null, so if you do these things and you are #club100, make sure to specify it in your post.
