Esta es una receta que aprendí con mi abuela, cuando era pequeña disfrutaba mucho estos ponqués y ahora a mi hija también le encantan.💖

## 🧁INGREDIENTES | INGREDIENTS🧁 - 2 Cambures maduros | - 2 Ripe Camburs. - 1 1/2 Taza de harina de trigo leudante | - 1 1/2 Cup of leavened wheat flour. - 3/4 Taza de azúcar | - 3/4 Cup sugar. - 1/2 Taza de aceite | -1/2 Cup oil. - 2 Huevos | -2 Eggs. - 1 Cucharada de vainilla | - 1 Teaspoon vanilla. - 1 Cucharadita de canela en polvo | - 1 Teaspoon of powdered cinnamon. - 1/2 Cucharadita de sal | -1/2 Teaspoon salt. - 1/4 Taza de chips de chocolate | - 1/4 Cup chocolate chips.

Hoy trabajaré con la batidora eléctrica, aquí les detallo los sencillos pasos para la preparación.

En un bold batir los huevos 🥚 a velocidad alta hasta que doblen su volumen, luego agregamos el azúcar y continuamos batiendo hasta que se Integren y se torne un poco blanca la mezcla.

Agregar la leche, la vainilla y por último el aceite y continuar batiendo hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.

Ahora unimos y tamizamos los sólidos en polvo: la harina de trigo, sal y canela. Y luego los agregamos poco a poco a la mezcla, batiendo está vez a velocidad baja hasta integrar todo.

Con una paleta agregamos el puré de cambur y lo integramos con movimientos envolventes a la mezcla. Finalmente agregamos los chips de chocolate y así queda lista nuestra mezcla de ponqués de banana-chips.

Una vez lista nuestra mezcla la servimos en el molde o bandeja para ponquecitos procurando no llevarlos hasta el tope para evitar derrames. En esta ocasión use capacillos, pero si no tienen pueden engrasar y enharinar el molde para ponqués y de igual manera quedarán perfectos.👍 Ahora procedemos a llevar al horno (previamente precalentado), y cocinamos una temperatura de 180 grados centígrados por aproximadamente 15 minutos. ⏱ Para verificar si están listos nuestros ponquecitos, pinchamos con un palillo hasta que el mismo salga limpio.
