Hello to all the women's today after a long time I will share my recipe with you I hope that you like it the presentation may be not that good because I am still learning

Ingredients hot and sour chicken soup,

1 Water

2 Chicken

3 Chicken Cube/ Chicken Powder

4 Salt

5 Black Pepper Powder

6 Sugar (As an alternative of Chinese salt)

7 Hot Sauce

8 Chili Galic Sauce

9 Oil

10 Garlic Paste/ Crushed

11 Carrot(s)

12 Capsicum(s)

13 Any other vegetable you want to add

14 Paneer

15 Anday

16 Corn Flour

How to make steps by steps be focus

step 1

Fill a a bowl or anything that you can boil water in it , put chicken in it, add a bit of salt, lit the stove and put it on fire in the mean time, crush vegetables as per your desired size.

STEP 2

Let the chicken boil for sometime find anyone in your house to help you Ask that person to debone the chicken , put all the Vegetables in that add more salt (if required), black pepper, chicken cube/ powder and a teaspoon full of sugar, add as much hot sauce as much your taste buds can allow, add chili garlic sauce and shout

STEP 3

As soon as shredded chicken is there, add it, stir it well and taste it to see if there's something missing or needs to adjust according to the taste. After few more minutes of boiling, make a mixture of cornflour and cold water in a bowl,

mix it well there shouldn't be any lumps in that mixture. Slowly start pouring that mixture into soup while continuously stirring the soup with wooden spoon after a minute or two if you didn't got the desired thickness, make some more cornflour mixture and add it. After getting the desired thickness let it boil for sometime while slowly mixing it continuously. If someone is around you ask them to crack some eggs and beat them well after he has done this, slowly start poring beaten eggs in the soup while moving that wooden spoon back and forth, I repeat back and forth, let it boil for few minutes and that's it, your soup is ready.

STEP 5
