El día de hoy hago mi entrada a este hermoso concurso que incentiva a cuidar y consentir nuestro cabello más de lo habitual, a través de tratamientos naturales. En esta ocasión traigo una hidratación capilar que todas las mujeres de mi familia usan, se trata de nuestra querida “mascarilla de arroz y plátano”, son ingredientes que tenemos en casa y que son de fácil adquisición. El arroz es un ingrediente accesible, muy efectivo y rico en nutrientes claves para dejar el cabello más lacio, largo y brillante, además de ser rico en antioxidantes que reparan el daño celular. Al igual que el plátano que tiene un poco de todo, proteínas, carbohidratos, fibra, potasio, vitamina C, B12, E y A. El junte de ambos ingredientes es beneficioso para el cabello poco manejable, quebradizo y que no crece. Iniciamos la preparación de la mezcla dejando reposar 1 taza de arroz con 2 tazas de agua tibia toda la noche. Al día siguiente trituramos el plátano y el arroz haciendo que se forme una pasta, luego lo unimos. Lo siguiente que debemos hacer es dividir el cabello y empezamos la aplicación. Es importante que se aplique la mezcla por mechones, así tendremos un mejor resultado. > The next thing we must do is divide the hair and start the application. Finalizamos recogiendo el cabello en una sola dirección, colocamos una bolsa plástica o gorro de baño; esto para que el calor active los componentes naturales e hidratantes de ambos ingredientes. Podemos dejarla actuar por 30 minutos o máximo 1 hora. > We finish by collecting the hair in one direction only, we put a plastic bag or bathing cap; this so that the heat activates the natural and hydrating components of both ingredients. El último paso sería enjuagar con suficiente agua, lavamos nuestro cabello como habitualmente lo hacemos, esperamos que seque o lo ayudamos con un secador y ya ¡hemos terminado! > The last step would be to rinse with enough water, we wash our hair as we usually do, we wait for it to dry or we help it with a dryer and we are done!

Es increíble el cambio que notamos en fotos, pero al tacto es aún más notorio… Queda una fibra totalmente hidratada, con más salud y brillo…¡ justo lo que necesitamos!.
