The growth and development of any community hinges on the active participation, contribution and dedication of its members.

These actually define the Community's strength and ability to support many Steemians in the Community. If the Community has more active members, they would keep post trooping in the Community and will tend to invite many people into the community. In as much as members become consistent there would be more engagement and possibility of supporting ourselves with upvotes. We know with #club5050 any Community who has more active Members would be able to build enough Steem power to support themselves

Steem Ghana has over Two thousand subscribers, but the current active member are not up to two hundred.

Tell us what can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members and also reinvigorate those who are inactive and then bring in new members who would stay active.
