You should go inside a building on some side and the building should not be one that can withstand the rain. You should go inside the building while avoiding the rain and if the building falls on you, then you have to select a place where you can avoid the rain and there will be no loss of life. If there is a possibility of loss of life, then getting wet in the rain is better for you.
We had been experiencing a long series of intense heat waves here because the heat in Punjab is extremely intense for three months and the cold weather is extremely intense for three months.
