**Hello!** After some months, today I would like to join the **[Black and white photography contest](https://steemit.com/hive-185836/@axeman/the-world-of-xpilar-b-and-w-photography-and-art-contest-week-175-14steem-in-prizes-submissions-post)** organized in the **World of Xpilar** community, launched every week by @axeman. I took the shot some days ago during a cloudy day, and shared a color version on another blog. But I liked it and decided to create a black and white cover to join the contest. I reviewed the photo, adding new lights, new shadows, new vignettings, and a little more. The location is a small green angle in the *Quercioli*'s area, a place in the city where I live. As you can see on the background, I was near the local church. I hope you like the photo and the small artworks on the background. I only say congratulations to the authors of such great works.

**Ciao!** Dopo qualche mese, oggi mi piacerebbe partecipare al **[contest fotografico riservato al Bianco e nero](https://steemit.com/hive-185836/@axeman/the-world-of-xpilar-b-and-w-photography-and-art-contest-week-175-14steem-in-prizes-submissions-post)** organizzato ogni settimana nella comunità **World of Xpilar** da @axeman. Ho scattato la foto qualche giorno fa durante una giornata nuvolosa, e ne ho condivisa una versione a colori grazie a un altro blog. Ma l'immagine mi piaceva, così ho deciso di creare una versione in bianco e nero per partecipare al contest. L'ho rivisitata, aggiungendo nuove luci, nuove ombre, una nuova vignettatura, e poco altro. La location è un piccolo angolo verde in località *Quercioli*, una zona della città in cui vivo. Come puoi vedere sullo sfondo, ero vicino alla chiesa locale. Spero che la foto e le opere sullo sfondo ti piacciano. Posso solo lasciare i miei complimenti agli autori di questi gran capolavori.
