I targeted 34 KG but I just get low blood pressure. The intensity of the dialysis process gave me cramps on my torso as both my stomach and back went into serious pain while we are already on the road. The tremendous cramps couldn't let me breathe and inside the car is very hot because it has no A/C. I tried to tell my father to open the window on my side so I can breathe, he opened the door. He kept on asking me what's wrong but I can't answer because I an in agony and very lightheaded. I know the solution for cramps and that is in that instance to drink a sour and sugary drink and there was none around although at a distance I know there was a 7-Eleven store. But I don't want my father to move the car because it is hurting my cramping torso. I asked my father to give me a drink anyway and my father gave me water in a repurposed Coke bottle. I tried to drink some but I choked and coughing made the pain worse. At that point I am almost on my knees facing the center console of our car with my face kissing the bottle holder. AT least it offered some relief when I was able to lower my head and somewhat pull some of the cramping muscles of my back and tummy area. While I am on that very bad position, I think the guard or somebody told my father to get the car out of the way of incoming traffic because we are on the corner, not really on the side of the road and we are about to go left. So my father parked the car beside the big supermarket border while I am trying to live. After a few minutes I asked my father to pull me to the back from the front passenger seat so I can lay down and stretch the cramping front and back of my torso plus to alleviate my terrible lightheadedness. So my father took away the things first from the back of the car before pulling me from there. At first he thought that I mean that I want him to carry me out of the car and put me to lay down at the back but it is not possible anyway because I am in terrible pain, I just want to lay down immediately. Thanks be to God I had a relief after laying down but I am still in pain and lightheaded. Upon arriving home I asked mother to give me a bottle of sprite to fix the cramps and to fix my lightheadedness as well. Later also asked mother to give me some crackers so at least I can give my body some source of food. Eating the crackers is not so easy because I am not hungry and I am very weak. I told mother to give me some Gatorade and some grains of salt that I would ingest to fix my electrolyte imbalance. I tried to eat some rice meal which I tried to finish-up for the same reason and to give my body some nutrition plus I have to take my medicine with it prescribed by my Hematologist. Now I feel weak and my joints ache, I hope that I can be able to walk tomorrow God-willing because I do not want to be immobile.
