**With last nights win by the Tampa Bay Lightning over the New York Rangers, the Lightning will now battle the Colorado Avalanche for the NHLs Stanley Cup.** **The [Stanley Cup](https://www.nhl.com/news/stanley-cup-has-incredible-125-years-of-history/c-287633638) is the oldest trophy dating back to 1893 that can be won by any professional sports in North America and 10th oldest in the world.** **The odds makers are calling it a virtual toss up, with a slight advantage to the Colorado Avs. That said, the Lightning will be the only team to be in 3 Stanley Cup finals in a row since 40 years ago by the Edmonton Oilers.
