ITALIANO L'altra volta avevo accennato ai benefici dei giochi mnemonici per quantomeno ritardare le malattie degenerative (innanzi tutto Alzheimer e demenza senile). Stavolta quindi svilupperei l'argomento. A guardare il mio punteggio che cresce man mano che gioco, è fuori dubbio che i benefici di Memory Game sono palpabili. L'altra volta il mio punteggio era stato 1540 e guardate ora:

Direi che ho da ritenermene contenta: 21 punti in più rispetto all'altra volta. Anche oggi mi scuso per la _piccolezza_ del print screen: il mio strumento di cattura non ce la fa proprio se non riduco la pagina al 30%. Questa partita fa riferimento alla mezzanotte circa del venerdì (da voi in Italia era già sabato, mentre per me ancora venerdì😂), non avendo avuto tempo di pubblicare il post _in tempo reale_ subito dopo aver giocato. Per quanto riguarda i benefici per la salute delle funzioni cognitive, consiglierei di non aspettare la terza età per iniziare a cimentarsi con giochi come questo. Specie poi nel caso delle donne in menopausa. Le pagine mediche sono concordi nel riportare un netto peggioramento delle funzioni cognitive in alcune donne quale diretta conseguenza della menopausa per il calo di estrogeni e progesterone (non succede a tutte, ma è pur sempre meglio _guardarsi le spalle_). Il che prefigura allora una spia della possibile comparsa di malattie degenerative quali l'Alzheimer nella quarta (a volte terza) età. Ma non bisogna disperarsi. I giochi mnemonici alla stregua di Memory Game _et similia_ sono soltanto una delle risorse alle quali accorrere. In primo luogo è necessario farsi seguire da uno o piú specialisti (nei casi di falle di memoria, se la causa scatenante è la menopausa, spesso sarà necessario farsi seguire da un neurologo e un endocrinologo, oltre che dal proprio ginecologo di fiducia). **Occhio: non sono un medico, quindi questo post non sostituisce le indicazioni di uno specialista. Soltanto un piccolo aiuto**, dato che bene o male, nello studiare per il diploma di specializzazione in psicopedagogia (istituzionale e clinica), erano previste le basi delle neuroscienze.

As for the health benefits of cognitive skills, I would recommend not waiting until old age to start playing games like this. Especially in the case of women going through the menopause. Medical journals agree that some women experience a marked deterioration in cognitive function as a direct consequence of menopause due to the decline in estrogens and progesterone (this doesn't happen to everyone, but it's still better to be cautious). This then foresees the possible onset of degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's in old age (fourth or third-age). But there is no need to despair. Memory games such as Memory Game and similar games are just one of the resources available. First of all, it is necessary to be monitored by one or more physicians (in cases of memory loss, if the cause is menopause, it will often be necessary to be monitored by a neurologist and an endocrinologist, as well as your trusted gynecologist). **Please note: I'm not a doctor, so this post is not a substitute for the advice of a physician.
