Arriviamo anche oggi, qui con un nuovo post a tema ciclistico targato Bikend. Per chi non mi segue e ancora non lo sa, sono solito pubblicare delle fotostorie – post contenenti una serie di immagini a tema – incentrate su immagini ricavate da una manifestazione ciclistica svoltasi nelle vicinanze, di solito nelle settimane o mesi precedenti. In questo nuovo post ho deciso di usare alcune foto scattate durabte una gara ciclistica amatoriale tenutasi al termine del Luglio scorso. Come al solito mi sono spostato lungo il percorso in sella alla mia bici e ho utilizzato lo smartphone per ricavare qualche scatto più intrigante. A casa ho scelto le foto migliori e ho deciso di applicare un "filtro" creato ad hoc per l'occasione che ha donato un tocco più fantasy del solito alla mia fotostoria. Ogni immagine è una riproposizione della foto iniziale rivisitata in versione monocromatica, ma con un tocco di tono blu-verde di fondo anziché l'usuale bianco e nero. Ho anche accentuato gli alti toni (le porzioni più luminose dell'immagine, quelle dal colore più vicino al bianco). Spero che il risultato ti piaccia, trovi l'intera fotostoria qui di seguito.

Here we are again today, with a new Bikend-branded cycling-themed post. For those who don't follow me and don't know yet, I usually publish photostories - posts containing a series of themed images - focused on shots taken from a cycling event that took place nearby, usually in the previous weeks or months. In this new post, I used photos taken during an amateur cycling race at the end of last July. As usual, I moved along the route on my bike and used my smartphone to get some more intriguing shots. At home, I chose the best photos and applied a "filter" created specifically for the occasion, that enriches my photostory with a touch more fantasy than usual. Each image is a re-proposition of the initial photo revisited in a monochrome version, but with a touch of blue-green background tone instead of the usual black and white. I also accentuated the high tones (the brightest portions of the image, those with a color closest to white). I hope you liked the result.
