First after selecting the beans you put it a basin or peel and wash. As you are washing it, you scrub it had so that you pill the back very well.

After washing it, you put enough water inside so that it will enable you to filter it and separate the pills. When you see that you have finish watching it, you pour the beans on a filter and allow the water to drop finish you now pour it inside container or you can grind it at home with electric grinder.

I only use the water because of the bone and the water has enough oil in it So I don't want to add more oil. After I finish mixing it I tie it and start cooking it. One thing I like it is that it doesn't take time to be done. So before thrity minutes my moimoi was ready.
