I washed the chicken, periwinkle, and cowskin into a clean pot, added salt, maggi and fresh pepper stir in thoroughly to marinade added a very little water and cook for 10 minutes. ### Step2

While my stock was cooking i proceeded to preparing the water leaf, i washed and slice the waterleafs then set it aside. ### Step3

After 10 minutes i checked my stock and my ingredients was well cooked so i poured in my waterleaf without stirring this time i let it cook for about 5 minutes. ## step4

I poured in my pure undiluted palm oil gave it a good stir before i added the dried fish and crayfish covered and let it cook for 3 minutes. ### Step5

Now this is where my main ingredient went in i poured in my melon and stir it immediately to avoid molding i repeatedly stir the melon until it done and the oil float up indicating that the melon is well cooked. ### Step6 ( lastly)

I poured in my washed bitter leaf ( a little quantity not to outshine the melon) as the last ingredient my bitter leaf melon soup was ready to be served.
