| | - | Hello everyone! I hope everyone will be fine and happy, and doing well in their lives, I am also well by the Grace of Allah Almighty and with the prayers of all of you. Today I am so excited to participate in this contest and alot of appreciation for @nancy0 for organising such amazing and exciting contest. Today I am going to share recipe of potato patties, that we called Allu tikki in our language. These are made from boiled potatoes. Allu tikki is a famous Pakistani as well as Indian street food, that is loved by people of all ages. It is a crispy potato patty served with a variety of chatni, that increases its taste. Following are the ingredients that we need to make this dish. Boiled potatoes | 5 to 6 ----- | ----- Onions | 3 Tomatoes | 1 Chicken | 1/2 Kg Spices | According to your taste |

1st step

After this I chopped the onions, and green chilli. After this I cut the tomatoes in medium size and add this in the chopped onion bowl. |

It only took 10 minutes. I preferred to use pressure cooker when I want to cook something quickly. Then I took out the boiled potatoes and drained the water, and let them cool. Also I took out the chicken chicken and place them in a bowl. |

Then I mashed the potatoes along with the chicken by a potato masher, you can also do this by using a fork. I mixed them well until they were smooth. Next I added blend of aromatic spices in the mixture of potatoes and chicken. Spices are the main part of this dish, so we add them carefully. Following are the spices that I added. Red chilli powder | 2 spoon ----- | ----- Salt | 1 teaspoon Dry Coriander | 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice | 1 teaspoon After adding spices, I thoroughly mixed everything well, ensuring that all the spices were evenly distributed. |

Step 4

Then I shaper them into round Patties. It helps them to cook evenly and preventing from breaking apart while frying. I fried them on medium flame. By doing this it helps to create a crispy top layer of patties and inner will remain soft. |

Step 5

Then placed them on a plate. The taste was absolutely delicious. These tasty tikkis can be enjoyed with a variety of accompaniments, such as rice or parathas, the choice is yours.
