I came back very tired from work, so hungry and I decided to make what to eat, I remembered I had rice, beans and some ingredients so I decided to dive into the kitchen like a lioness I am. MY BEANS

It is a staple food rich in carbohydrates, starch and other major and minor nutrients. There are various ways of preparing rice We have fried rice, jollof rice, white rice and stew, stir fried rice, coconut rice and mashed rice which is common among the Hausas. Rice can be prepared alone or paired with beans, African salad, pepper sauce, vegetable sauce etc. Let's go to the ingredients I used in preparing my rice and beans jollof

Tomato paste 2. Onion ball🧅 3. Spices (Kitchen glory+curry) 4. Salt 5. Knor maggi 6. Palm Oil 7. Groundnut oil (A drop which is optional) 8. Crayfish 9. Dry Cameron pepper 10. My Washed picked beans 11. My washed picked rice

Then I stir the food to make the ingredients go round. Then i put off my gas and dished to a plate and that was how I enjoyed my meal with cold water by the side. Thank you for engaging.
