Havalar biraz da olsa soğumaya başladı. Bu beni çok mutlu ediyor. Çünkü sıcak hava bazen vücudumda alerji benzeri şeyler yapabiliyor. Mesela hava çok sıcak olduğunda kollarımda karıncalanma benzeri kaşıntılar olabiliyor. Bu tür kaşıntılar doğal olarak herkesi rahatsız eder. Aslında eskiden kollarımda böyle garip kaşıntılar olmuyordu. Ama bu seneki sıcaklık eski sıcaklıklara benzemiyor. O yüzden böyle garip kaşıntılar olmaya başladı. The weather is starting to cool down a bit. It makes me so happy. Because hot weather can sometimes do allergy-like things in my body. For example, when the weather is very hot, I can have tingling-like itching in my arms. This type of itching naturally bothers everyone. In fact, I never used to have such strange itching on my arms. But this year's temperature is not the same as before. That's why it started to have such strange itches. I looked at the weather conditions and after the 20th of September, the weather will drop to around 24 degrees and will continue like that. If so, that would be great. I love walking outside with a cardigan.

Today I wanted to go to the forest park in the evening. Because I miss the forest park so much. I thought it would be nice to sit there in the gazebo and read a book. I took such a road to get to the forest park. In fact, there were always cars on this road because there are many lanes. But when I passed here today, I saw that the road was empty.

Pandemi' nin çıktığı ilk zamanları hatırlıyorum da bugünle re çok benziyordu. Evin önündeki yoldan arabalar geçiyordu ama artık eskisi gibi değil. Sokağa çıkma yasağındaki o sessizlik güzeldi aslında. Ama acı bir sessizlik. O sessizliğe bir türlü alışamadım aslında. Evin karşısından su geçiyordu ve bazen geceleri suyun sesine uyanıyordum. Odanın karanlık olması bir başka korkunçluk zaten. O garip günleri aslında hiç özlemiyorum. Ama şuan da yaşamayı pek istemediğim bir yerdeyim. O yüzden o günlerdeki yaşadığım yeri ve bütün hislerimi çok özlüyorum...

I was very surprised that this road was so empty. I was wondering what could be causing this. Then I thought that maybe there are traffic lights ahead of this road. That silence on the curfew was actually nice. But a bitter silence. I just couldn't get used to that silence. Water was running across the house, and sometimes at night I would wake up to the sound of water. The darkness of the room is another horror. I don't really miss those strange days. But now I'm in a place where I don't want to live. That's why I miss the place where I lived in those days and all my feelings...

Güneşin altında uzun bir yürüyüşün ardından orman parkına vardım ve baya da mutlu oldum. Çünkü sonunda burayı tekrar görebildim. Bu orman parkının iki tarafında da oturmak için iyi yerler var. Aslında bugün burada uzun zaman oturup kitap okumak için pek fazla zamanım yok. Ama yine de bir şekilde 50 sayfandan fazla kitap okumak istiyorum. Pulitzer ödülü almış bir yazarın çok güzel bir kitabını okuyorum bu aralar. Biraz olaylı ve bol bol macera, aksiyon içeren bir kitap. Aynı zamanda da bilgi veren ve hayal de kurduran bir kitap. Actually, I don't have much time to sit here for a long time and read a book today. But still somehow I want to read more than 50 pages of books. I am currently reading a very good book by a Pulitzer Prize-winning author. It's a book that is somewhat eventful and contains a lot of adventure and action. It is also an informative and imaginative book. Books allow me to describe things in my head. That's what I love about reading books. While reading this book, I can picture things in my head and I can imagine. In this way, I stop myself from thinking about other things.

I read 75 pages of this book in the forest park. I am happy that I have achieved about one and a half times my own daily goal. Read lots of books. Because only then can you distract yourself from all other potentially bad thoughts. Only then can you develop your imagination and achieve something. I used to hear these things all the time from my teachers when I was little. They always gave us advice to read books. And they wanted us to finish at least one book a month. At that time, I was reading and finishing a book every week. But, of course, short-lived books. I mean, I used to read about 250 pages of books. And when I grew up, I realized once again how right my teachers actually were. It is not difficult to understand that a person who reads a book is actually a completely different person.

75 sayfa kitap okuduktan sonra öğle yemeği yemediğim için acıkmaya başladığımı fark ettim. Hem de baya acıktım. Ama dün ekmek yediğim için bugün ekmekli bir şeyler yemek istemiyorum. Ve bir arkadaşım bunun tadının güzel olduğunu ayrıca az kalorili bir yemek olduğunu söylemişti. Bir tane Barbunya Pilaki aldıktan sonra dışarı çıktım ve ormana tekrar geri dönüp yedim. Bizim evde yaptığımız barbunya yemeklerine çok benziyor. Ve tadını da baya beğendim.

After reading 75 pages of a book, I realized that I was getting hungry because I didn't have lunch. I'm pretty hungry too. But since I ate bread yesterday, I don't want to eat something with bread today. Actually, I don't want to eat any bread. But sometimes I can't stand the sight of crispy bread. It already happened yesterday. The bread was really good and I couldn't resist and ate some. Then I went to a grocery store that we all know and thought was cheap. Yes, I entered that market that we all know to be cheap, but which is actually not cheap anymore. After poking around the shelves, I went to see if there was anything like beans or kidney beans.

After lingering for a few minutes at the market, I saw Canned Red Bean Rice in the canned food section. I had never eaten Kidney Bean Rice before. And a friend of mine said that it tastes good and it's a low-calorie dish. After I had one Kidney Bean Rice, I went out and went back to the forest and ate it. It is very similar to the kidney beans we make at home. And I really liked the taste.
