I hope everyone is well. I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to you with a great recipe. During the rainy season, the rivers and canals become full, and we can see the great breeding of Hilsa fish in these full rivers. Bangladesh is specially produced as a breeding ground for Hilsa fish. We also get Hilsa fish from Bangladesh, but as much as weEven though we do not cultivate Hilsa fish in our own country, the price of Hilsa fish is beyond the reach of the hand and day by day, the lower-class people are losing their purchasing power. They may have forgotten what the taste of Hilsa fish is like or the date of the comment that they ate it. Without meeting the needs of Bangladesh, Hilsa fish is exported, and a lot of foreign currency is earned from this. But if it were within the price range for the people of Bangladesh, everyone could eat Hilsa fish to their heart's content and today I brought the first Hilsa fish of the year from the market and I have prepared a delicious recipe of Hilsa fish and gourd which I will now present to you, but let's see how I completed it. |Required materials👇🏾 | | :-- | ●Hilsa fish ● lau ● onion ● bay leaf ●salt ● turmeric powder ● cumin powder ● dried chilli powder ●white oil ● roasted cumin seeds ##

The Process of receipe

--- **Step 01** To prepare today's recipe, first I peeled the lau well and cut it into pieces and placed it on a plate. Then I took 6 pieces of hilsa fish and washed them well, cleaned them, cut them and placed them on a plate.

**Step 02** Then I put some chopped onions in a pan on the stove and fried the onions well with oil. Then I took all the spices on a plate. Here I will avoid ginger and garlic because hilsa fish does not need much spices, and it will be fine without ginger and garlic.

**Step 03** Then I will add all the spices to the onion and cook the onion and spices well. Once the spices are cooked, I will add the hilsa fish and not too much water. I will fry the hilsa fish for just two minutes because the hilsa fish cannot be moved much. Then I will take the hilsa fish on a plate,

**Step 04** then I will add the chopped gourds among the remaining spices in the pan, mix the spices well and fry for two minutes, then I will boil the gourds well with a little water, then it will be done in eight minutes,

**Step 05** then I will add the hilsa fish inside the gourd, then wait for another two minutes, then add amount water add a spoon of fried cumin seeds on top and wait for a little more time for the cooking to complete.
