Often people do not consider it right to talk a little faster with themselves. But, experts do not believe so. Talking to yourself is normal. Many people keep cursing themselves in their mind. Seeing the mumbling of many people, you can understand that they are criticizing or criticizing someone. This mostly happens with people who are feeling lonely and need someone to talk to. Talking to themselves makes them feel good. |Talking positively to yourself is a good thing. | |---| A lot of people used to talk to themselves, someone important doing this before meeting or performance. Doing this boosts confidence. This is normal. Talking positively to yourself also helps in giving the right shape to thoughts and experiences. This is the preparation done by the mind. If someone talks too loudly about themselves in a bad or wrong way, then seeing a psychiatrist can prevent the problem from becoming serious.
