Sometimes the reality can be harsh and difficult to handle. We feel oppressed, unable to show who we really are for fear that someone will criticize or judge us. So we escape our dreams, and our wings of freedom grow towering on our back. The lyrics unify the concept of the imagination of a "girl" with the environment that is supposed to be "adults." When we are children, we imagine the world in an innocent way. Little by little, as we travel the road further and further, we realize that reality is really harsh and full of thorns. That innocent world begins to flee from us along with our expectations, and we no longer envision a place for ourselves. What happens when life gets painful? For some reason, I think of those people who get up very early to work every day. They want something better, they want their paradise to materialize for them.
