Greetings again my dear friends I hope you are all very well, one of our most intrinsic characteristic is to have a sense of fear in everything we do, more, however, this should not stop us when we want to succeed, our mind works within two extremes, one that directs our confidence and the other our fear of not achieving a certain goal.

In this spectrum we direct our actions, sometimes closer to the extreme of fear, but other times closer to the extreme of our strengths, however, walking from one extreme to another allows us to know our inner self and, in this way, to be stronger than our fears. No person can say that he has never felt fear at some point in his life, and even the road to a goal can be traveled with a greater path impregnated with fear, and even so, we can get to where we want to go, therefore, having fear of something is part of our growth and preparation in every sense of our existence, no one becomes stronger than the feeling of fear without first going through it. Although the feeling of fear is an intrinsic part of us, it is necessary to understand that we cannot be paralyzed by such a feeling, therefore, we must be stronger than any of our fears or fears that stand as a barrier between us and one of our many objectives. Is the feeling of fear proportional as we grow older? This may be true, however, everything will depend on each person, that is, on their own life experience, on the tools acquired during the time of their existence, some people develop the feeling of fear more than others, for example, as children we are prone to be afraid of the dark, to be alone, to any object, etc, however, this fear can haunt us and even increase if we fail to reverse this feeling. When we are cautious in performing a certain action, it is because we have already accumulated experience and perhaps we have already lived certain life experiences that make us intuitively better probe our environment, this in any field, family, work, among others, the truth is that the feeling of fear can make us more cautious, and therefore, give the positive sense to the feeling of fear. Of course, not everything is positive, that is, we must always be above any fear that wants to wrap us and stop us, if we use this feeling as a preventive sensor is fine, but, that is not a tool that stops us in our purpose to succeed, therefore, we activate our precaution to find the best option or path to our goal traced. From all our emotions we learn and we forge our valuable experience of particular life, where the feeling of fear plays an important role since everything will depend on the use we give it, the truth is that we must always be stronger than our fears, that is to say, to have control of them and channel them in our favor.
