Greetings again my dear friends I hope you are all very well, in a few days we will say goodbye to this year 2023 and, new challenges will come, these challenges will be full of triumphs in the following year 2024, so it would be very pertinent to ask us:

How to face the new year 2024? I am convinced that we must strengthen ourselves from the emotional point of view, knowing how to obtain the best balance of the management of our emotions will be the key to face the new challenges that come to us and, the same (challenges) will be loaded or full of success in proportion to the proper management of our emotions, in people emotions can be beneficial or harmful, this if we do not know how to manage them. In the course of this year I am more than sure that not everything was rosy for many of us, but nevertheless, we managed to be at this time of the end of the year 2023, with our lows, but also with our highs, and all this is loaded with the most intense emotions, some things or purposes were not achieved, but other challenges were overcome, we must learn from that, from the obstacles that were presented and which we jumped and passed, but at other times we fell and we got up again as often as necessary. The best management of our emotions makes us have a solid mentality or armored to any obstacle that wants to stop us, when we plan properly we manage to organize ourselves effectively and the valuable magnitude time we can handle it in the best possible way, remember that time passes and thus forge our life story, life that is framed to the rest of humanity, time is responsible for collecting each of the traces that we leave during our existence on this beautiful planet called Earth. Many times we waste our time trying to change things or people who do not want to change, remember that nothing is forced in this life, the ease of people will depend on themselves and, therefore, of their actions, let's worry about our loved ones especially the closest and who want to be part of our life and our precious happiness, therefore, we must fill our memories with pleasant moments where we show our gratitude to those who value us in every sense of life. It is important that we strengthen our positivism and continue accumulating life, that is, experience which is not transferable, each one of us cultivate and harvest our own experiences, therefore, each new year represents an accumulation of new experiences that at the end of the year we will carry on our shoulders, so let's face the new year with the best way to manage our emotions because they will define our health and as we know health is life, and with it, longevity to enjoy the time we have to live on this planet. Maybe in the year 2023 you have left loved ones behind, to go in search of a certain dream, or perhaps you have physically departed, all this hits hard on the emotions of any person, but, despite this, it is important to get out of it and stay on your feet and above all continue on the path of triumph or ease for our wonderful life, so from now on I wish you a happy new year 2024, and that they can spend it in the company of their loved ones.
