In [last weeks post](https://steempeak.com/hive-175254/@happyvoter/what-do-you-think-about-my-project), I outlined the concept of the project which is to become the new HVOTE token. ## The new concept of the HVOTE token The concept of the HVOTE token may seem a bit complicated and it is my aim to make it easier to understand. There is the steem account @happyvoter and there is the token HVOTE. Both are closely connected because the value of the token corresponds to the Steem Power of @happyvoter divided by the number of HVOTE token in circulation. In a way it is a tokenized steem account. So if the @happyvoter account gains value, so does the token. The token value is sustained by a market maker which buys and sells the token and adapts the orders every week on steem-engine. So far the account @happyvoter was growing thanks to its curation rewards and also thanks to the author rewards from the weekly posts. ### What is new? I've decided to link my existing referral business with the HVOTE account. I have several hundred referrals who generate regular income. This income will now be used to increase the value of the HVOTE token. ### A team website We are developing a [Team website](https://www.ref-hunters.ch/team/member/) that is under construction at the moment. The idea is to create a learning platform where people can learn how to earn coins from free websites and how they can scale their income. They will be presented with referral links of the team to join these websites. Like that they will participate in the development of the project. They then have the possibility to buy HVOTE tokens and participate in the work of everybody since all the referral comissions that they generate will go into the HVOTE token. As my friend @pedrobrito2004 suggested, there will also be some free tokens distributed to comitted people. The idea is also to run a steem community where team members can exchange their views and ideas. We plan to build an introductionary module to the steem world to encourage onboarding. ## Support to Venezuelan authors on steem A second target of this project is to support the Venezuelan authors here on steem. The account @happyvoter which is at the base of the HVOTE token will grow in weight and value. It is already used to follow the curation trail of my other project @help.venezuela which supports authors from Venezuela who constantly produce quality content on steem. With the development of this project, the help that can be provided through upvotes will grow. We also support the @project.hope by donating 20% of the @happyvoter posts to @ph-fund which supports several people from Venezuela and provides them a monthly revenue from steem. ## Next steps - A new whitepaper for the token will be established - An introductiory course will be created to explain the concept - Creation of landing pages to attract new team members ## The idea is to bring new people to steem and to develop a business concept that links many people together. -***-
