I read in an article that productivity does not depend on doing many things at the same time or throughout the day, but it depends more on what you do is what you really like. I particularly have an agenda where I write down all my tasks and I always try to plan as best as possible. Writing down everything we want to do and achieve is important, I think that gives it a touch of importance and specialness.
