I am very happy to be able to complete all my achievements through this post. Today I will complete Achievement Six by answering some questions. The questions will be about Understanding of Curation, Witnesses & Community. --------------- --------------- #### How voting & curation work in steemit: Voting and curation One is related to the other. When a user posts on Steem, if someone else likes the post, they can vote there. That means he curation Can do In this case, only they are voted, the quality of their questions is much better. The one who votes here will get half of the amount of votes and the one who will vote for the post is divided in the other half. #### Voting Mana : Voting mana This is a very important thing for Steamite users. Usually one has 100% voting power before casting any kind of vote. Then when he votes for a lot of good content, his 100% to 2% goes down a lot, which means he has 98% left. Then if he wants to vote for someone else, he will lose a few more percent.But when he doesn't vote for anyone for a long time, he has to read 100% again. So we should all vote in good quality posts so that our voting power is not wasted. #### What will happen if you vote a post before 5 minutes mark after posting? On the off chance that a post is distributed once, 100% of the curation rewards stays inside the pool when the steemcurators vote right now of posting.
