Assalamu Alaikum to all my dear family. Dear Steemian friends, I hope everyone is doing well with their family on a rainy day. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing well with my family. In life, we run around and we struggle to keep ourselves happy. No matter how much we struggle to keep our family a little better. There are no such people in this world who leave their own place. That is why we always have to understand our own good and bad things. We must take care of our own good and bad things.

That is why we always have to find the place where we like. We have to make the effort to be good. Let's not go there anymore. Today I have come with a recipe with you. I like to constantly make different recipes and share those recipes with everyone. We have a lot of sea fish available here. I really like eating sea fish. That is why I make my favourite recipes and share them with you. Today I cooked Rupchanda fish with vegetables. It can be eaten in different ways, no matter how I cook it, it is very delicious to eat.

No matter how I cook Rupchanda fish, it is delicious to eat. Sometimes I fry it and sometimes I cook it with a little broth and vegetables. Today I am sharing the recipe that I cooked with eggplant and tomatoes. Everyone in our family loves to eat Rupchanda fish. That is why sometimes Rupchanda fish is brought from the market and is prepared in different ways. It would be nice if you could give your opinion on how Rupchanda fish tastes. Ingredients required for the recipe:

  • Rupchanda fish

  • One eggplant

  • One tomato

  • Onion, chopped - 2.

  • Garlic, minced

  • Red chili - 3 teaspoons.

  • Turmeric powder, a little.

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • Salt - to taste.

  • Mustard oil.

  • Coriander leaves, chopped

Steps to prepare Rupchanda Fish with Vegetable mixed Recipe:-


Cooking Step-1

To prepare the recipe, I put a pot on the stove. I added a sufficient amount of oil to it. When the oil was hot, I added the chopped onion and garlic.

Fry it well in oil.

I added all the spices. At this stage, I added the dry ingredients. When all the ingredients were well cooked, I added the fish.

As you can see, I first served the fish, then the vegetables with the fish.

After adding the fish, I boiled it for a while. Then I added the broth as needed. Again, I added salt to taste. When it is cooked, I put the coriander leaves and drain it.

To be honest, I really like eating sea fish. But I don't know how you feel about it. That's why I always try to eat it. And my daughters love to eat it. বেগুন দিয়ে টমেটো দিয়ে আমি সাধারণত রুই মাছ অথবা ইলিশ মাছ রান্না করেছি তবে আজকে আপনার ফটোগ্রাফি বা আপনার পোস্ট দেখার পর সত্যি কথা বলতে পড়ার বেশ ইচ্ছে হলো তাই আপনার পোস্ট ওপেন করে পড়া শুরু করলাম আপনি রূপচান্দা মাছ দিয়ে টমেটো দিয়ে বেগুন দিয়ে রান্না করেছেন যেটা দেখতেই তো অনেক বেশি লোভনীয় দেখাচ্ছে। খেতেও নিশ্চয়ই অনেক বেশি মজা হয়েছে ধন্যবাদ চমৎকার রন্ধন প্রণালী আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য একদিন অবশ্যই আপনার রান্না করার পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে রূপচাঁদা মাছ দিয়ে টমেটো দিয়ে রান্না করার চেষ্টা করব ধন্যবাদ ভালো থাকবেন।

বেগুন দিয়ে রান্না করেছিলাম তাই রূপচাঁদা মাছ খেতে খুবই ভালো লাগছিল। আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপু মূল্যবান সময় দিয়ে আমার শেয়ার করা রেসিপিটি দেখার জন্য।
