• Step: 01 •

** *** First, I prepared all the ingredients for my phuljhuri pitha recipe. I took 1 chicken egg. Then I took the amount of rice flour. You can take more or less of these ingredients as you wish. Then I took the amount of salt. Then I took the amount of turmeric. Then I took the amount of chili powder. Then I took the amount of ginger garlic paste. Then I took the form for making pitha. ** *** After the first step, I moved on to the second step. In this step, I mixed all the ingredients together. Then I added a certain amount of water. After adding the water, I mixed it well. After mixing, you have to make sure that it does not become completely hard and does not become completely thin. ** *** After completing the third step, I moved on to the fourth step. In this step, I dipped the heated pitha mold into the mixed ingredients. You must make sure that the mold is heated well, otherwise you will not be able to make pitha.
