- First, I took 100 grams of dates in a clean container, then I took out the seeds from inside the dates.After removing the seeds from all the dates, I added 100 ml of hot tea and a tablespoon of Bi-carbonate soda to them.I mixed all the ingredients well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

- I took another clean container and put 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of sugar in it.I mixed it and the butter well.Once the sugar and butter are well mixed, I add two eggs to it.

- I made the cake batter by mixing the eggs, sugar, and butter well.Then I added a tablespoon of vanilla essence to enhance the flavor.Once all the ingredients are well mixed, sift 100 grams of flour and one tablespoon of baking powder into it using a sieve.

- To make the cake, first I took a clean steel bowl and brushed a tablespoon of oil inside it.I cut a piece of paper into the shape of a bowl to put under the cake and poured the pre-made cake mixture into it.To enhance the beauty of the top of the cake, I chopped 25 grams of cashews and spread them on top of the cake.

- I placed paper in the bottom of a container, placed a strainer on top, and placed the cake bowl on top of it.I closed the lid of the pot and left it on the stove on medium to low heat for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes, I checked with a toothpick to see if the cake was done.

- When the cake was ready, I took it out of the oven and left it to cool for a while.Then I poured it onto a plate and cut it into small pieces to serve nicely.

- Finally, I took a picture with a piece of paper with my username and date on it, along with the date cake I made today.Then, as per the competition rules, I took a selfie with the date cake I made.

3 .What difficulties did you encounter while making this recipe?

| |-| First of all, I love making new things, and today's competition involved making date cakes, which is a completely new method for me.I've never made this date cake before so I was a little worried about how it would taste and look.But first, I mastered the steps given in the competition well and then tried it myself.Dates and cashews have a lot of nutritional value, which makes this cake even more delicious and healthy.Then I made today's date cake and in the end it was very beautiful to eat and look at.I made today's date cake with great care and finally I succeeded in making this cake.It was as delicious to eat as it was to look at.My younger sister especially praised me after eating this cake and it was very delicious to eat.

| |-| Butter is one of the most important ingredients in making cakes.If you want to make a beautiful cake, you must use butter because using butter gives the cake a beautiful structure.You can use oil instead of butter if you want, but in this case you will not get a nice shape and using oil may not be healthy for you.Therefore, it is important to use butter in making cakes in this case.
