Greetings everyone, it's another day for me to share my entry on this very engagement challenge contest with you all on this topic "How can alcohol cause damage to your health? 🍺"

Alcohol is very dangerous and it can cause damage to our health but it depends on the intact and how the person is addicted to it, taking alcohol is not a bad thing but some people abuse it to the extent they can't go a day without alcohol and taking it much will cause harm to the body.

A person is an alcoholic when he is at this stage where he can't do without alcohol if he doesn't drink then he will not be happy and will never understand himself at all. Those are the people who are alcoholics.

People who are alcoholics usually lose control of themselves self and the only thing they think about is how to get money and go and drink because at that stage a person can be described as an alcoholic when they are over-dependent on it. It became a disease that can't be cured easily. They see alcohol as a stimulant to motivate them.

Well, to some is a drug and sometimes doctors recommend it. It to their person, it contains ethanol which is very important to the central nervous system it also contains psychoactive which help the brain to function well. Most of the alcohol has been used as medications and antiseptics that help in healing the body.

It can be considered to be a disease to the body only when it is been abused by an individual, so many people from alcohol for fun not knowing it's causing harm to their body system but by the time they realize it's affecting their body, it will too late because they are some part of the body system that the alcohol has damage be young repair.

Well, I don't drink and I have never done that in my life but I the people around me who take alcohol I always advise them not to take much of it, drinking is that bad for those who are drinking but when it becomes much then it becomes bad for them to the extent they can't control them self. For such people to control taking alcohol depends on the person doing it, no one can change them unless they are willing to change because one can only advise them to reduce the intact but the decision is still left for them to make with the help of God they will absent from it.

In a nutshell, for alcohol not to a disease in the body one has to control the way they take it daily also they should try and eat a good meal, most people take alcohol on an empty stomach which is very bad for their health.

Oooh no, some people drink maturely while others drink in a stupor, some drink just to have fun and while away time once a while, but for people who take much of it to the extent they get drunk, those are the set of people who are addicted to alcohol.

So to me, not all drinkers are considered an alcoholic because drinking itself has a level, some people drink occasionally while there are people who drink every day, and individual has no control over the intake of alcohol instead the alcohol controls them.
