#### **Do you know that water is one of the best gifts you can offer yourself?.** --- Most times, ignorance has made us go in search of even more expensive things that will improve our health, like engaging in fitness routines, aiming for costly diets and even health improvement pills. Unknowing to us that the simplest key to a healthy life is always right in front of us. And that source is just the ordinary water, as we assume. Many times, we failed to acknowledge how the body is always talking to us. Your body can detect when things aren't right with you, most times when you feel so tired, have a sudden headache or dry lips. That may be a message that if you can listen attentively, you may understand that all your body is requesting at that moment is water. --- >#### It's more than just water; but a GIFT from nature. **The quantity of water we should take...**

The best routine for drinking water is to take it immediately you wake up from bed, then continue taking it bit by bit throughout the day. Especially during hot days or days when you may have a long walk, you will have to drink a lot of water. Make a habit of taking a sip every minute you can, not necessarily to finish a large quantity at a time.
