| Assalam o Alaikum Everyone !| | - | Greeting to all my steemit fellows and friends. How are you ? I hope you are all well and doing your work with fully attention and good health. I am also completely fine by the grace and generosity of Allah Almighty and as always, I am trying to do my work well . I just pray to Allah that keep us healthy and well , because if we are healthy , then the rest of our work will also be good . Therefore, friends , it's necessary for us to take special care of our health. Friends,I am here again to share my todays diary with you .As you know the holy month of Muharram has begun and it is the first month of the Islamic months. The special thing about this month that I want to share with you is that in this month, one of our first caliphs , **Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA)**, was martyred. He is also known by the title of **Farooq the Great** because of his braveness and kindness. Secondly, in this month, our beloved **Imam Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA)** and his companions were martyred while defeating the enemies of Islam with courage. In their memory and respect, we gave niyaz and distribute milk to the people and this distribution called **Sabeel**. After that , since I didn't have a regular breakfast today, I first made tea for myself , then gave breakfast to my mother-in-law . And I also made breakfast for everyone else. Today I made lady finger. Since we make the night's curry in the afternoon , I will only make rotis at night . After cooking , I cleaned the whole house . Mannat and her cousin playing with their cats . The qute cat has two little kittens . **Ingredients:** 1 : Chicken leg pieces 2 : Yogurt 3 : Chili 4: Garlic, ginger paste 5: lemon juice for marination. **We need** 6: An egg , besan, salt for coddling. **Preparation** : Wash and clean the chicken leg pieces well . Now put a cut on it and then mix lemon juice, garlic , ginger paste and yogurt well on it . I kept it in the refrigerator for about an hour . After an hour, I took it out of the fridge and steamed it in the cooker for ten minutes so that the spices would be well absorbe in the leg pieces and in this way the leg pieces would not remain dry inside and become juicy. After ten minutes, I took the leg pieces out of the cooker and prepared its marinade . For this, I took an egg, mixed a little salt in it and then mixed a little cumin and red chili in the basin and first applied the egg and basen mixture on the leg pieces and fried them . Everyone liked it with ketchup . After coming home, I gave everyone food and I washed the dishes . After washing the dishes , I put the children to sleep and now I write my diary and share my daily routine among my dearest friends .
