This actually involves the practice or habits that an individual takes to maintain his or her own good health. This majorly involves habits likes Hand washing, dental care, bathing and many more. Let me pick the hand washing as key study. This might looks simple but highly effective way as it helps to prevent the transmission of the infectious diseases. When I actually made my research, I discovered that proper hand hygiene can help to reduce the incidence of the respiratory infections by 16% and even the diarrhoeal by 50%. Dental hygiene in its own case is also a very important aspect as this deal with the constant brushing of the teeth and flossing. This can really go a long way in helping to prevent gum disease and even bad breath. It is medically recommended to brush at least twice a day which is the morning and the night. Engaging in this practice, this can help to prevent the mouth from being clean and generally helps one to be overall healthy. Environmental Hygiene
The second aspect of hygiene I will like to talk about is the environmental hygiene. Food hygiene actually involves the safe handling and the proper preparation and storage of food in order to prevent illnesses.
