I don't a personal experience, but i can share a story about my uncle who had it. My uncle, according to the story, he had been experiencing occasional chest pains and shortness of breath while walking. He actually did not bother to look into it has he considered it to be from exhaustion. One day, while playing he was playing with his kids he felt a sudden sharp pain in his chest, and thankfully there were people around that day that was how be was rushed to the hospital and received treatment.
