My first professional post will be on cake, but this particular cake is out of the normal one we have been eating, to me cooking is my hubby so when I saw this contest I have to make use of it. Preheat my pot for like 5mimts then grease my baking pan and set aside. 2. Use a hand whisk to cream the butter and sugar for 2 to 3 minutes if you don't have electric whisk 3. Mix the salt, flour, and baking powder. 4. Blend the plantains till fairly smooth. 5 Add the eggs one at a time and cream together until it is mixed together. 6. Add the milk and whisk together. 7. Mix the blender plantains with the creamed butter and then add the mixture to the dry ingredients which are the flour, salt, and baking powder. 8. Fold a couple of times until well mixed, please don't over mix it 9. Stir in the milk and mix till it mixed properly then pour the batter into the baking pan then bake at low temperature. 10.
