Luego de pasar más de un año fuera de #steemit, en el día de ayer tomé la decisión de regresar, ya que durante varios momentos de mi abandono recordé lo gratificante que fue mientras estuve, con todas sus cargas de trabajo creativo adicional.

Creo que he tomado una buena decisión, ahora que, luego de todo este tiempo de silencio, he podido reflexionar sobre la mejor manera de producir en la plataforma y poder lograr otras cosas ayudándome con la producción de contenidos en ella, aprovechando la singularidad de sus características.

Pero en fin, al juego del diario.

# Inicio.

Me levanté como todos los días a las 03:45 am: ese es el momento en el cual inicio mis lecturas y también escribo un poco, buscando dejar las bases para otros productos escritos de mis trabajos.

Esta mañana, como por los momentos no tengo automóvil, tuve que iniciar mi viaje desde Los Teques, ciudad donde vivo, hasta Caracas, donde queda la oficina de mi trabajo 1 de 4. El viaje fue un poco accidentado ya que tuve que hacer dos trasbordos inesperados para llegar.

Cuando llegue, di el saludo de año nuevo a mis compañeros de trabajo: no todos habían llegado, así que esperé en mi oficina hasta que llegó el resto para saludarlos.

Estoy iniciando la creación y elaboración del manual de operaciones de la agencia, para reducir los niveles de incertidumbre que se puedan presentar al momento de abordar cualquier tipo de cliente. Esto me llevará a entrevistar a todos mis compañeros de trabajo para descubrir aquellos puntos donde puede haber trabas para el logro de los objetivos.

# Retorno a casa y resto del 10ENE2022.

Ya en la tarde, preparé todo para regresar a casa. El retorno es un poco más difícil, ya que es una hora de intensidad, tanto en el Metro de Caracas, como en el Metro de Los Teques.

After spending more than a year away from #steemit, yesterday I made the decision of return, since during several moments of my abandonment I remembered how gratifying it was while I was, with all its additional creative workloads.

I think I have made a good decision, now that, after all this time of silence, I have been able to reflect on the best way to produce on the platform and to be able to achieve other things by helping me with the production of content on it, taking advantage of the uniqueness of its characteristics.

But finally, to the game of the diary.

# Beginning.

I got up like every day at 03:45 am: that is the moment in which I start my reading and I also write a little, seeking to lay the foundations for other written products of my works.

This morning, since at the moment I don't have a car, I had to start my trip from Los Teques, the city where I live, to Caracas, where my work office is located 1 of 4. The trip was a bit bumpy since I had to do two unexpected transfers to arrive.

When I arrived, I gave my New Years greeting to my coworkers: not all of them had arrived, so I waited in my office until the rest arrived to greet them.

I am beginning the creation and development of the agency's operations manual, to reduce the levels of uncertainty that may arise when dealing with any type of client. This will lead me to interview all my co-workers to discover those points where there may be obstacles to achieving the objectives.

# Returning home and rest of JAN102022.

In the afternoon, I prepared everything to go back home. The travel is a little more difficult, since it is an hour of intensity, both in the Caracas Metro and Los Teques Metro too.
