Food is one of the necessities of life. Every livingthing eat food to survive. Food nourishes our body and makes us look healthy. Today, I will be writing on the meals I enjoyed within the week. The person that prepared them, the ingredients used in preparing the meals, the estimated value of the meal in Naira and steem. Please do read till the end. ### Yam pepper soup

Yam is not really one of my favorites, but this week I had a craving for Yam. At first, I wanted to just boil yam and then make sauce. But on a second thought I decided to make yam pepper soup instead. I was the one that prepared my meal. In the process of making the yam pepper soup, it turned to yam porridge, this was because I didn't add enough water and I wanted the yam very soft. This meal served my dinner. The ingredients I used in preparing my yam pepper soup was; Yam, Assorted meat, Scent leaf, Onion, Pepper, Salt ,Knorr cube, Pepper soup spice, Crayfish. Estimated value of the yam pepper soup in Naira is 2500 steem. Estimated value of the yam pepper soup in steem is 25 steem. ## Spaghetti

Spaghetti is one of my favorite. This is because it is very easy to prepare. I was the one that cooked my spaghetti and it was so delicious. Ingredients used include: spaghetti, sachet tomato, onion, fresh fish, fresh pepper, groundnut oil, knorr cube, crayfish and salt. It served as my dinner. Estimated value of spaghetti in Naira is 1700 naira. Estimated value of in steem is 17 steem ### Instant Noodles

Noodles is one of the fastest meal to prepare. On Friday afternoon, I came back home feeling very hungry. So I decided to make noodles. Ingredients I used in preparing the noodles are, two small indomie, indomie spice, fresh tomato, fresh , egg pepper And onion. Estimated value of my noodles in Naira is 400naira Estimated value of my noodles in steem is 4steem. ### Vegetable Soup

Vegetable Soup is one of my favorite soups. When I was a little child, any day my mom is making this soup eh, I'm usually very very happy. So, I decided to make vegetable soup because it's been quite awhile I had it. I prepared my delicious soup by myself. It served as my dinner. The ingredients I used include; Ugu leaf, Ukazi leaf, waterleaf, stockfish, beef, Kanda, fresh pepper, salt, seasoning cube and onion. Estimated value of my vegetable soup in Naira is 3500 naira. Estimated value of my vegetable soup in steem is 35steem. ### Tea and biscuit

I always prefer my Tea with crackers Biscuit instead of the normal tea and bread. This meal was my breakfast. I used Milo and Loyal milk for my tea. Estimated value in Naira 400naira. Estimated value in steem is 4 steem. ### African salad

African salad is known as Abacha in my language. It is made from cassava. There are usually women that prepare and carry it around in my area, so I bought from one them and it served as my lunch. The main ingredients used in the preparation are African salad, red oil, salt, pepper and utazi leaf.
