Speak on Steem: Amplifying Steem through Video #### What is Speak on Steem? [Speak on Steem](https://speem.watch) is an initiative designed to bring audiovisual content into the Steem experience. In this early phase, we focus on YouTube and YouTube Shorts creators who mention or promote Steem in their videos, helping generate visibility and attract new users. #### Why focus on video? Video content has a powerful ability to connect, teach, entertain, and build community. On Steem—a place that welcomes diverse formats—video remains a largely untapped medium full of potential. #### What kind of content do we support? In this month, we will curate original videos that: - Are shared in a Steem post with a link to the video. - Include a clear description or reflection about the video content. - Mention Steem (either verbally, visually, or in the video description).
