Hoy, es mi día 3 de #challenge10 corresponde hablar de aquellas canciones que me hacen sentir alegre. Wow este reto se la trae. Porque pensar en esto también es interesante @steemusic y @eugelys se las traen. Y pensar que ya salió la ronda 2. No me aguanto las ganas de ver que viene.
Pero mientras me centraré en este hoy que me conecta con la alegría.
Es importante referir que la alegría es una emoción positiva que nos conecta inmediatamente con la felicidad, el agradecimiento y el amor. Por eso mantenernos alegres es sumamente importante. No quiero decir con esto que no podamos tener emociones grises, sino que lo ideal sería hacer lo posible de mantenernos en emociones coloridas.

Todos los días no amanecemos con la misma energía; hay días que son muy buenos y en los que nos sentimos genial, animados y esperazados. Pero hay otros días más apacibles, donde nos quedamos quietos o, incluso melancólicos, tristes y ¿por qué no? Hasta rabiosos. Para esos días cuando ando de bajón y quiero subirme el ánimo busco ciertas canciones que me hace subir la energía rápidamente. Son como un interruptor que pese al entorno o mi estado de ánimo, me conectan con la alegría.
De hecho, incluso me pongo a cantar o a bailar y así me siento un poco mejor, dando un paso ascendente en esa escalera de emociones y buscando ni bienestar. Literalmente lo hago coloco la música canto y bailo y así comienza mi día, quizás estando no alegre, pero menos triste con el contraste y rememorando un estado de ánimo un momento que me hace sentir bien.
Quizás lo más importante es que cada quien logré identificar eso que lo hace sentir bien y que lo aplique cada vez que lo necesite y de forma consciente administre sus emociones. Dentro de estas posibilidades se encuentra la música, ¡uff! La música esa expresión artística genial que siempre nos ha acompañados. La primera en la selección, es decir en mi playlist alegre, sin duda alguna es “Madre Tierra” interpretada por Chayanne. Esta canción es un icono dentro de un grupo de seres que hemos hecho la formación del Círculo de Realización Personal. Hasta unos pasos de baile tenemos, así que escuchar esa canción me lleva a los recuerdos de un encuentro que tuvimos en la isla de Margarita donde la pasamos genial. Pero además la letra te invita a dar gracias a la vida y abrir los ojos para notar las cosas bellas y buenas que nos rodean y a conectarnos con ellas.

La otra canción es una que baile mucho cuando hacía zumba en la universidad. Pese a lo ocupada que estaba, yo intentaba hacer tiempo para relajarme un poco tomar algunos paseos, conversar con mis amigos y en clases de zumba encontraba un momento de disfrute y relax. El grupo de latinas que estamos en la universidad nos pusimos de acuerdo para inscribirnos en la misma hora de clases.
Esta canción que les comparto nos hacía sentir bien a todas. Sobre todo cuando las cosas no iban muy bien con las tesis, estábamos estancadas, o teníamos malos días con los tutores, es decir que estábamos modo depresión. Pero tratábamos de ir al gym para hacer nuestra clase de zumba y bastaba que escuchamos está canción y pum para arriba. Nos poníamos a cantar también y le cambiamos la letra adecuándola a lo que nos estaba pasando.

Today, it's my day 3 of #challenge10 to talk about those songs that make me feel happy. Wow this challenge brings it. Because thinking about this is also interesting @steemusic and @eugelys bring it. And to think that round 2 is already out, I can't wait to see what's next.
But in the meantime, I'll focus on this one today that connects me with joy.
It is important to refer that joy is a positive emotion that immediately connects us with happiness, gratitude and love. That is why staying joyful is extremely important. I don't mean by this that we can't have gray emotions, but ideally we should do our best to stay in colorful emotions.

Every day we don't wake up with the same energy; there are days that are very good and in which we feel great, lively, and hopeful. But there are other more peaceful days, where we are quiet or even melancholic, sad, and why not? Even angry. For those days when I'm in a slump and I want to lift my spirits, I look for certain songs that make my energy rise quickly. They are like a switch that despite the environment or my mood, connects me with joy.
In fact, I even start singing or dancing, and that way I feel a little better, taking a step up that ladder of emotions and looking for well-being. I literally do it I put on the music sing and dance and so begins my day, maybe not being joyful, but less sad with the contrast and recalling a mood a moment that makes me feel good.
Perhaps the most important thing is that everyone can identify what makes them feel good and apply it whenever they need it and consciously manage their emotions. Among these possibilities is music, ouch! Music, that great artistic expression that has always accompanied us. The other song is one that I danced to a lot when I was doing Zumba in college. Despite how busy I was, I would try to make time to relax a little bit take some walks, talk with my friends, and in Zumba classes, I would find a moment of enjoyment and relaxation. The group of us Latinas at the university agreed to sign up for the same class time.
This song that I share with you made us all feel good. Especially when things were not going well with our thesis, we were stuck, or we were having bad days with our tutors, in other words, we were in depression mode. But we would try to go to the gym to do our Zumba class and all we had to do was listen to this song and boom. We would start singing along too and we changed the lyrics to fit what we were going through.
