I woke up this morning with a kind of energy that I can't explain. I felt real good and excited. After devotion with my family, I joined my brother in his vocal warmups. After that, I made breakfast before going to have my bath. We were having pap and akara for breakfast. After eating, I got dressed and left for church with my brother.

I forgot the choir register at home so I had to go back and get it. By the time I went back to church, Sunday school classes were over. Service started about fifteen minutes after. There were a lot of people in church giving a lot of energy and joy. I'll say it's because they're grateful for the gift of life. Praise session was fascinating but worship was more enjoyable. I enjoyed every bit of it, from the songs to the prayer session.

The song ministrations from the different choirs was great. Our choir sang beautifully and I took the lead in the song. The minister gave about thirty minutes for dancing and rejoicing and the whole church was booming. After that was the sermon time. The pastor preached on the topic, "Pride" and he took his time to explain the topic very well. I really enjoyed the sermon and had a lot to learn.

After service, we had a little meeting with the choir executives about our upcoming choir concert. I went home with my friends afterwards. When I got home, I had lunch and went to take a nap. I ended up not sleeping because my mum called that I should make her and my sister's hair.

I started with my sister's hair, I washed her hair, relocked it and styled it beautifully. I did same for my mom's hair. I was finally allowed to take a nap afterwards. I saw movies with my siblings before sleeping off. I woke up very late and had rice and beans for dinner.
