## Steemit Oscars - Best users

The second part of our monthly event is coming. This edition of Steemit Oscars is all about the best users on the platform. If you would like to read about the best communities, check: --- THE STEEMIT OSCARS - BEST COMMUNITIES --- Some accounts were excluded from the list. Requirements: - user cannot delegate to bid bots more than 20% of their total SP - the list does not include curation accounts (those have a separate category in Community Oscars) - users have to log in at least once every two weeks - Voting CSI has to be at least 2.0 I used steemworld and steemyy tools to prepare that edition. If you noticed any mistakes, please let me know in the comment or on discord. It's been a lot of work, so I could accidentally skip some information. I'm also open to any suggestions about what could be improved. --- ## Small intro before we will start
The Steemit Oscars are not only fun but also a way to check how does the situation on Steemit look like in a described month. While reviewing the profiles to prepare the newest edition, I have noticed that many users decided to cancel their delegations to the bidbots, or at least spend less of their SP for upvu/tipu and use the rest to actively upvote others. Some of the users who were not active before started upvoting and commenting too. Even though we do still have a lot of power-downs, mostly in a group of the bidbotters, the platform is slowly healing and starts to become what it is supposed to be from the beginning.
