Deputy Regent Delivers Draft Qanun on Accountability for the 2024 Regency Budget (APBK) at Plenary Session.

The Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir. H. Razuardi, MT, presented the Draft Qanun (Raqan) on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2024 Regency Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBK) at the Second Plenary Session of the Third Session of the Regency People's Representative Council (DPRK) for the 2024/2025 session year, Tuesday (July 15, 2025) in the council office meeting room.

He also delivered the Draft Qanun on the Bireuen Regency Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) for Bireuen Regency for 2025-2029.

The Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir. H. Razuardi, MT, during the plenary session, led by DPRK Chair Juniadi, accompanied by Deputy Chair II Surya Dharma, attended by the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), DPR members, the Regional Secretary, Assistant I, and Acting Assistant III, as well as heads of the Regional Government Work Units (SKPK).

The submission of this Draft Regional Budget (Oanun) is a constitutional obligation that the Regional Government must fulfill and submit to the Bireuen Regional People's Representative Council (DPRK). The implementation of the 2024 Regional Budget (APBK) has gone well, and we should be grateful for this.

We appreciate the hard work and support of all levels of the Bireuen Regency Government apparatus and all elements of society, which have yielded very encouraging results, based on the Audit Report (LHP) of the Republic of Indonesia Audit Board (BPK RI) Aceh Province Representative Office.

The Bireuen Regency Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) for the 2024 fiscal year successfully maintained an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for the eleventh consecutive year.

"We also expect all heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Bireuen Regency Government to not become complacent and to work even harder so that we can maintain the WTP opinion we have achieved in the coming years," said the Deputy Regent.

The Chairman of the Bireuen Regional People's Representative Council (DPRK), Juniadi, SH, stated that the submission of the draft qanun (Regional Budget) on Accountability for the 2024 Regional Budget (APBK) and the draft qanun on the 2025-2029 Bireuen Regency Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) complies with applicable regulations.

Regarding the General Views stage of the Bireuen DPRK factions, held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in addition to the submission of two new draft qanuns, general views were also provided on two draft qanuns: the Bireuen Regency Draft Qanun on Waste Management and the Bireuen Regency Draft Qanun on the Implementation of the Issuance of Building Approvals and Certificates of Functional Worthiness.

Furthermore, the Regent's opinion on one draft qanun is required, namely the Bireuen Regency Draft Qanun on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility, explained the DPRK Chairman.
