Heat rash is one of the most discomforting illnesses I have seen, although it looks like a minor skin condition. Just tiny bumps on the skin, but very disturbing and irritating. Heat rashes are one of the major issues people have during summer. This is as the result of high temperatures of the normal temperature of the body. Bumps on the skin especially on the back, redness of skin and it is really visible on light skin tone, mild swelling.

WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT CAN YOU GIVE TO A PERSON SUFFERING WITH HEAT RASHES?

The following treatment can help alleviate heat rash if follow properly. 1. Staying in a cool environment 2. Using antihistamine if it gets worse 3. Wear breathable clothes that will allow a free flow of sweat. 4. Abstinence of too much oil and cream 5. Using topical creams such as hydrocortisone, calamine lotion.

CAN HEAT RASHES SEVERITY MAKE YOU BEDRIDDEN?

Yes! Heat rash can be severely bedridden, although it is rare. When heat rash is left untreated it can lead to complications which make one bedridden.
