* Pechuga de Pollo. * Champiñones. * Salsa de Ajo. * Mantequilla. * Crema de Leche. * Salsina. * Sal.

El primer paso será, poner el pollo en una olla donde se cocinará. Después iniciamos a sazonarlo poniendo sal al gusto.

The first step is to put the chicken in a pot where it will be cooked. Then we start seasoning it with salt to taste.

Para el siguiente paso debemos poner a derretir un poco de mantequilla, aquí pondremos luego el pollo.

En el siguiente paso ponemos a sofreír el pollo en la mantequilla, esto le dará muy buen sabor.

Luego procedemos a poner a sofreír los champiñones en la misma mantequilla.

Mientras se sofríen los champiñones, cortamos en pequeños cuadros el pollo. Si no deseas cortarlo lo puedes dejar entero y omites este paso.

While the mushrooms are frying, cut the chicken into small squares. If you do not want to cut it, you can leave it whole and omit this step.

Luego de estar sofreídos los champiñones, ponemos los cuadritos de pollo a freírse completamente con los champiñones.

After the mushrooms are sautéed, we put the chicken squares to fry completely with the mushrooms.

Posteriormente ponemos crema de leche en el sartén

Then we put the milk cream in the pan.

Revolvemos el pollo y los champiñones con la crema de leche y lo dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos a fuego lento.

Stir the chicken and mushrooms with the cream and let it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.

Finalmente servimos, en mi caso lo acompañé con arroz, ensalada dulce y jugo de mora.
