Tarde pero seguro, está a horas de cerrar el concurso de comida vegana, debo decir que me entere algo tarde sin embargo hoy digo presente con un platillo colorido y saludable, la ensalada de arroz es una receta que me gusta comer todas las semanas, me fascina la combinación de vegetales con el arroz puedo decir que es una de mis comidas preferidas, por ello cuando leí el tema pensé que esta sería la receta perfecta para participar, pocos ingredientes que juntos crean un sabor insuperable sigan leyendo para conocer la receta.

Les recomiendo usar un arroz que se haya hecho un día antes, me gusta usar arroz saborizado con ajo para esta ensalada, para hacer el arroz primero me gusta sofreírlo con un poco de aceite vegetal y agrego 2 tazas de agua por cada taza de arroz, para esta ensalada debe usarse un arroz que no tenga sal.
