Lo primero que hay que realizar es lavar los 2 Kilos de Pollo picados, Y adobarlos con Orégano, Sal, Comino y Pimienta negra, Tos 1 por uno.

The first thing to do is to wash the 2 Kilos of chopped Chicken, and marinate them with Oregano, Salt, Cumin and Black Pepper, Cough 1 by one.

Luego en un recipiente hondo realice una mezcla de, Orégano, Sal, Comino, Pimienta negra, Harina de trigo, Harina de maíz Media taza de Agua y por 1 Huevo, mezcle esos ingredientes y pase cada pieza por la mezcla.

Luego en un caldero con abundante aceite frite cada pieza de pollo 1 por 1, Y cuando estuvieran botando un poco de sangre por los lados los voltie (Esto me indica que el otro lado ya está listo para voltear. Y cuando el otro lado del pollo también esté listo, Ya está Fino para comer.

Lo primero que realice fue fritar varias Arepas chiquitas en un sartén, Con masa de maíz ya preparada, Y estar pendiente a que no se quemarán y amedia que iban estando listas las iba sacando, Y luego realice la ensalada y para eso lo primero que realice fue cortar por la mitad y lavar los 3 tomates y rallarlos, igualmente con el cilantro pero sin rallarlos.

The first thing I did was to fry several small Arepas in a frying pan, with corn dough already prepared, and to be aware that they would not burn and while they were ready I was taking them out, and then I made the salad and for that the first thing I did was to cut in half and wash the 3 tomatoes and grate them, likewise with the cilantro but without grating them.

Y por último en un vaso agregue un poco de agua, aceite, vinagre, Sal y mezcle añadiendoselo a el tomate y el cilantro y juntando todo. ¡Y listo! Súper fácil, El arroz ya estaba preparado solo lo calente y ¡a servir.

And finally in a glass add a little water, oil, vinegar, salt and mix adding it to the tomato and cilantro, and adding it all together. And that's it! Super easy, the rice was already prepared, just heat it and serve!
