El día de hoy quise compartirles una increíble receta que tenía bastante tiempo con ganas de hacerlo, y se trata simplemente de una ¡Pizza de coliflor!, Pero creada a base de una masa de coliflor, eliminando totalmente la harina de trigo que normalmente solemos utilizar.

Esta es una verdura que es muy rica en vitaminas y minerales, y que nos aporta gran cantidad nutrientes para nuestro cuerpos, tales como fósforo, calcio, hierro, etc. Esta verdura contiene bajas cantidades de calorías, pero nos aporta muchos nutrientes para nuestro cuerpo, por lo tanto, puede ser incluida perfectamente en nuestras comidas. 🟢 Preparación ![separador de azul a blanco.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUCMnzabrmPvupdy6gtkBNcaxSWnC7n5b6kMUhiBsg2wW/separador%20de%20azul%20a%20blanco.png) A continuación explicaré paso a paso como realizar una rica pizza a base de coliflor ☺️🙌 **• Paso 1**: • Vamos a proceder a picar nuestro coliflor en pequeños pedazos, quitándole completamente el tallo. • Cuando ya tengamos nuestro coliflor picado en pequeños pedazos, vamos a cocinarlo en un olla con suficiente agua, hasta que esté lo suficientemente cocido. • Luego una ves que esté completamente cocido, vamos a dejarlo escurrir durante unos minutos, y vamos a proceder a triturarlo como si fuera un puré de papas, hasta que no quede ningún tipo de grumo. ![InShot_20211005_124114446.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfCKQ7Z9taTPUWm6JndYkgqnATVQgJ6wvyEF3w1yywViB/InShot_20211005_124114446.jpg) **• Paso 2**: • Como sabemos, el coliflor es una verdura que una ves que la cocinas bota bastante agua, por lo tanto, debemos sacar esta agua para empezar a realizar nuestra masa para la pizza. • Una ves que nuestro puré este completamente listo, con la ayuda de una toalla de cocina, vamos a un introducir nuestro puré ahí, y luego poco a poco vamos a ir sacándole el agua que le queda. • Es importante que coloquemos un plato abajo para que el agua pueda caer una ves que se vaya saliendo el agua del coliflor. ![InShot_20211005_133423997.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmV6RtuwQq6iG9FhoVRYwhj6gequyeRSZRL5ham8iXfCag/InShot_20211005_133423997.jpg) **• Paso 3**: • Como pudimos ver, el coliflor dispersa bastante agua, es necesario e importante que se la saquemos ya que de lo contrario la masa no nos quedaría consistente. • Luego vamos a introducir nuevamente nuestro puré del coliflor para empezar a preparar nuestra masa. • A esta mezcla le vamos a agregar sal, nuestro huevo, pimienta, orégano, entre otras especies de tu gusto. • Vamos mezclar muy bien, hasta obtener una masa con una consistencia homogénea. ![InShot_20211005_134435354.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaLqZhv7rzNGrk6aYnwWZk8zB6n9Kr915cjZjgLtnPXvu/InShot_20211005_134435354.jpg) **• Paso 4**: Luego que tengamos nuestra masa completamente lista y con una consistencia perfecta, vamos a proceder a realizar nuestra masa. • En este caso, primeramente precalente el horno a una temperatura promedia, para que se vaya calentando poco a poco el horno. • Luego busqué una bandeja para hornear, y le coloqué encima papel vegetal. • Hice dos bolitas de masa con nuestra base de coliflor para pizza, y las coloqué en mi bandeja, luego le fui dando forma redonda poco a poco para nuestra pizza. ![InShot_20211005_135533207.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSMEcPvymd9UxoqxMorc6Fmix7cUTatnhDWyF78SNsisa/InShot_20211005_135533207.jpg) ![separador de azul a blanco.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUCMnzabrmPvupdy6gtkBNcaxSWnC7n5b6kMUhiBsg2wW/separador%20de%20azul%20a%20blanco.png) ## Posee un sabor distinto pero muy rico si nos gusta arriesgarnos a probar cosas nuevas, y para los que le encanta el coliflor estoy segura que esta pizza les encantará totalmente, no se arrepentirán ☺️🙌.
