Las panquecas o conocidas mundialmente como hot cakes o pancakes; es una de mis opciones preferidas para cenar. Ya que por lo menos en mi familia solemos comer en las noches ligero además ¿quién no ama unas ricas pancakes? Esta es una receta fácil que quiero compartir con ustedes paso a paso. **Ingredientes:** • ½ Kilo de Harina de Trigo. • Una cucharada de mantequilla. • 100 gr de azúcar. • Dos cucharadas pequeñas de sal. • 10 gr de canela. • 10 gr de anís chiquito. • 5 cucharadas de leche, las cuales yo no estuve usando porque no me gusta la leche. • Vainilla al gusto.

**Pasó a paso:** • Lo primero es tomar un envase grande, y colocar la harina, haciendo “un volcán”, esto se hace dejando un espacio en el centro de la harina, aquí agregamos la mantequilla, la sal y azúcar.

• Luego agregamos la canela en polvo y el anís chiquito, estas son esencias así que son opcionales, lo pueden hacer si así lo desean.

• Seguidamente comenzamos a batir, yo lo estuve haciendo con un batidor, si ustedes tienen una batidora pueden usarla si desea. Al principio se verán como unas pelotas de harina, es cuestión de batir bien para deshacerlas.

• Haciendo ello seguimos batiendo aplicando una fuerza media, entonces el espesor será como se presenta en esta foto.

• Cuando este en ese punto de espesor agregamos la vainilla al gusto y batimos un poco más para integrar.

• Con nuestra mezcla lista, procedemos a calentar el sartén, yo engrase con un poquito de aceite. Colocamos la mezcla y extendemos de la forma más redonda posible. Cuando la masa comience a cocinar se verán como huequitos eso es bueno, ya que indica que estarán esponjosas. Estaremos muy pendiente de que no se quemen, así que volteamos para que ambos lados se cocinen.

• Finalmente las colocamos en un plato y acompañamos como marque nuestra preferencia, en mí caso estuve aplicando mantequilla y queso y luego: ¡a comer!
